Customizing Open/SaveAs Dialog

Is there anyway to add another option on the
left side of this dialog box which contains the following:
My Recent Documents, Desktop, My Documents, My Computer, My Network

Five is the maximum for standard Open/Save As dialog boxes. However, you can
customize the Places bar (using Tweak UI) to your choice of folders.
