Customizing Music Folder

I am trying to make all of my music folders to be
arranged by "Track". I can do this in some of my folders
but for some reason I cannot do it in others. The
arrange options are as
follows "Name" "Size" "Type" "Modified". There is
no "More" option, and I am using Xp Pro. I have tried
copying a folder that works and putting the new songs in
and renaming it, but that does not work. If anyone has
any suggestions, it would be appretiated.

Right click on the folder, select properties, go to the customize tab, and
then select music as the template to use.

I tried that before I posted, and that did not work
either.
