Hello.

I know that we can change general attributes about our
desired fonts for Internet Explorer (by going to internet
options and changing the "fonts")...but sometimes I
notice a sharper, anti-alias of sharp or crisp to their
fonts instead of a computer-y looking "non-anti-alias"
font. I want my fonts to show up looking smooth and
nice...the internet options don't give us this. How come
I see it on other's computers though?

If you rightclick the desktop, and go to Properties, then under the
Appearance tab, click Effects, one of the item in the Effects dialog is "Use
the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts". You can choose
ClearType here.
This is mainly meant for LCD monitors such as flatpanels, or on laptops. I
dont know what effect it does or doesnt have on CRTs.

Hope this helps.
