Customizing folder columns

Folders that I create only include the "From" information. Many folders contain e-mails that I have sent and I need to know to whom it was sent. How can I add a "To:" column to the information displayed about each e-mail in a particualr folder?
 
Right click on a column header, select Field Chooser and drag the To: button
to where you want it displayed.
