Customizing Chart Colors

I am trying to change the colors of a of a chart to a specific set of RGB
colors. Any ideas? Is this done through "Format Data Series?" I have tried
this window, but it won't seem to let me customize the colors, and is
restricting me to a predetermined palette.

With the chart active, choose Tools, Options and go to the Color tab.

There, you can customize the color of any of the color "chips" available in
MSGraph.

Then using the normal color formatting tools, you can choose this newly
specified color chip.
