I have customized the business contact form and am having a problem with the
Contact History Grid. For some reason after I save the form and then bring it
up to enter a new contact, it will show any e-mails that happen to be in my
Inbox, as opposed to being blank (until I link to e-mail). Pls help.
Thanks.

Clear your forms cache. Go to Tools, Options, Other, Advanced Options,
Custom Forms, Manage Forms, Clear Cache.

I'm having the same problem, but it did not happen from customizing the form.
It just happened all of the sudden. I took the steps below (clear cache), and
it doesn't help.

What happened and how do you fix it?

I am having the same problem. I the past I was able to restore my settings to
an earlier day. But know it does not work. All I see is my inbox rather than
my e-mails sent to each individual contact?

BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache. If simply clearing
the cache doesn't fix the issue, try the other steps detailed at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;836558

The bulk of the forms cache issues in Outlook 2003 are fixed in Service Pack
1, so you should also install Office 2003 Service Pack 1 as well as BCM SP1.
