Customized outlook appointment screen

Hi,
I've created a customized outlook appointment screen, to capture time-zone details. The customized form works fine in all aspects, except when I drag an Inbox item [Message] into the Calendar folder, customized appointment form opens without the mail content (which is possible in the default appointment screen). Do I need to set any properties?
