Customized menus and toolbars ?

I've been asked to make changes to a complex Access system.
When I open the database and press F11 to see the
components, I dont see the normal menu options or
toolbars. They appear to be customized. For instance I see
no way to get to the linked table manager and this system
has dozens of linked tables and I cannot determine where
they are.
Help!
 
Most good access applications have their own tool and menu bars.

Since every application you ever used, or purchased for your computer has
its own menu bars,so then should your access applications. For a quick
rundown as to why this is good UI, read the following short article of mine:

Normally, the tools->start-up settings has what the menu bar setting for the
application ill be. Thus, you need to hold down the shift-key during
start-up. If holding down the shift key during start-up does not give you
the standard menus, then perhaps the shift-key by-pass is set for the
