Where are the customized folder templates stored? (ie: "documents (for
any file type)", "pictures (best for many files)", and so on.)
Is there a way to create new templates, which will be globally available?
Is there a way to programmatically set which template a folder uses?
Can a folder template define a new "view" type? For example, if the folder
contains database files, can a "database" view be created which shows the
database contents, rather than the filenames?
Can the desktop.ini file force the template and view within the folder?
