I've done this with Outlook Express and Outlook 2002 with
4 users. Outlook is pretty simple, you can just change
the data store, but I will assume you are using Outlook
Express. Go to the MS Knowledge Base and search for
article Q175037 and Q156828. These are not for XP so just
use them as a guide, I haven't been able to find an XP
article. Basically you are changing the default location
of mail, news and address book for each user to one
location. It does involve editing your registry, so be
very careful and back up and creatte a restore point
first. I believe the default location for mail is
documents and settings/username/application
data/microsoft/outlook express and address book is in
documents and settings/username/application
data/microsoft.
