I just got a new computer with the latest and greatest WXP and IE 6.

I drag the Links bar next to the Address bar, where I want it and when I reopen IE, the Links bar is back where Microsoft apparently wanted it - unseen, so I drag it back. What a pain.

Locking the toolbars doesn't help and I can't find any help in Knowledge Base. Anybody know how to save the Toolbar view?

What type of PC? I had the same issue with my new HP
Media Center. If its an HP then you need to go to
Start/run/msconfig>startup tab and uncheck Autokit and
AutoTBar.

If not an HP then, no idea.
