Customize Taskbar

I heard that you can change the start button on the
taskbar to say something different. If so what file needs
to be modified to do this
 
Windows does not expose this option directly. There are third-party programs
that do this, but this is not a supported configuration. (You may also want
to search http://groups.google.com - I remember seeing the procedure posted
in one of the windowsxp newsgroups recently.)
