customize shortcut menus

How do I customize shortcut menus? For example, if I
right click on a file in windows explorer, many commands
that I don't want appear in the list. I would like to be
able to remove these.

You can edit these menus from the Explorer > Tools > Folder Options >
File Types. Select the file type for which you want to change the
menu. Caution: changes you make here apply immediately and cannot be
undone except from a Registry backup.
