customising the navagation bar

There a program called hotbar that you can download it
changes the boring looking navagation bar to a picture
of ur choice. ne way does ne one know where the key is in
the registry to do this or is it not possbile.

Yes, you can do it manually.
I use a .reg file to put mine in like this:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar]
"BackBitmap"="C:\\WINDOWS\\msiebac1.bmp"
//above is for Explorer
"BackBitmapIE5"="C:\\Graphics\\Bitmaps\\1129boat.bmp"
//above is for Internet explorer.
