custom web controls

In VS 2003 there was a template if custom web controls.
In VS 2005 that template is missing.
Where is the documentation for building custom web controls for .net 2.0?

It's not missing. It's under the "windows" subnode. Who knows why, that's
about the most counterintuitive place to put it I could think of...
Documentation is there - you just have to look for it.
