Our custom toolbars are not opening automatically. You can open them
manually. I've tried deleting the .xlb file and letting it re-create, but it
still won't open. This is effecting everyone on our network. We did an
upgrade to Groupwise 7.0 right before this started. Does anyone have any
ideas about what's going on?
