Custom Toolbar not opening automatically

Our custom toolbars are not opening automatically. You can open them
manually. I've tried deleting the .xlb file and letting it re-create, but it
still won't open. This is effecting everyone on our network. We did an
upgrade to Groupwise 7.0 right before this started. Does anyone have any
ideas about what's going on?

After installing the GW 5.5.x client with Microsoft Excel integration two
Excel issues occur:
File | Close in Excel does not close the document
Microsoft's X in the upper right corner to close the program does
not work.

STEP 1: Disable Excel integration in the GroupWise client by going to
Tools | Options | Documents | Integration then highlight the option for
"Microsoft Excel Worksheet" and select "Disabled".

STEP 2: With Explorer, go to the XLSTART directory which is a directory
where Excel "Add-Ins" go. Look for either GWXL97.XLA or GWXLUS.XLA. Delete
these files. (Note that these files may be on the server, if they are
running Excel from the network).

STEP 3: In Excel reset the Worksheet Menu Bar by going to View | Toolbars
| Customize | Toolbars... then select "Worksheet Menu Bar" and hit Reset...
This screen also shows a "Standard" toolbar which sometimes must also be
reset.
