How do I create a custom toolbar/menu in Access 2007?
I have a custom toolbar that I created in Access 2002. I have imported it to
Access 2007, but I don't know how to make it appear.
If I keep an Access 2002 database format inside Access 2007 it works fine,
but I want to stop using Access 2002 database format if possible.
What to do?

I converted an existing Access 2002 app with a custom toolbar to Access 2007
database format.
I tried to create a new ribbon bar and my old custom toolbat mysteriously
appeared in Access 2007

Yes, there are toolbars in Access 2007, but you can only create them in code
or by importing them.

The custom menus and toolbars show up in the Addins tab of the ribbon.

If you have created your own custom menus and toolbars, or imported them or
created them from a prior database, you can still display them similar to
Access 2003. You set the startup options to disable the built-in menus and
toolbars and display your menu. This will disable ribbons as well.
