custom template in MS Word

I would like to make my own customized template in
Microsoft Word, similar to the ones already there.

Particularly (spelling?) I would like to create a
template where a person just has to do the "click and
type here" like is done in the standard templates such as
faxing templates.

Can anyone guide me please?

The "Click here and type" fields are MacroButton NoMacro fields. See
