Custom Sound Notification

How can I get the sound notification in Outlook 2002 to play a custom 5 second audio clip when mail arrives in the Inbox, if it is even doable. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Control Panel-> Sounds and Audio Devices-> tab Sounds-> New Mail Alert
