Hello All,
I am working on custom shell and a service using winxp embedded.
First and foremost I have created a service Which launches a simple
notepad.when my image boots it is launching my notepad with out any
problem.
The problem is my targetPC should no contain explorer shell so I was
looking into the service which launches my required application.NOw my
question is
1) As my service launches required application what type of shell do i
need to add while building my OS??(like explorer, command shell)
one thing is as the target PC should nt contain explorer option
"explorer shell" cannot be added, then command shell cannot be used
also.
So is there any way I can make my service as a customshell component.
In case if i make my service as a custom shell component, How can i
proceed with that .. please explain the procedure..as both service and
custom shell creation procedure is differnt(Groupmember ship in .sld
file)
regards
Michells
