Hello.
I use Norton Antivirus on my PC. When I get an e-mail with
a attachment that contains a virus, Norton detects it,
removes the attachment and passes the email over to my In-
box with a new attachment that has the name Norton
Antivirus Deleted.txt. So far so good. But now I want to
apply a rule that has to do the following:
1. check incoming messages
2. check if the message has a attachment
3. check if the following words are present in the
name of the attachment: Norton, Antivirus, Deleted
4. If yes, delete the email permanently
The outlook wizard does not have this function. I suppose
it has to be written in code as a custom rule, as vb or
vba. Does someone know the code for this rule? Or has it
already? Do you want to share it with me? That would be
great!
Greeting, Ludo.
