Custom program to record the results of MS Internet checkers?

Does anyone know of a program to record the results of the standard MS
internet checkers (running on win xp) and write them to a spreadsheed
for analysis?

I've not had any luck with online searching so far. Would it be
difficult to write such a program, and how would I find someone to do
it?
