I've just upgraded to XP. I print quite a lot on A5 paper, but this isn't available as an option on XP. I understand that I'm meant to go to Control Panel/Printers and Faxes and create a new print form by clicking File/Server Properties, then selecting A5 from the list and checking the 'Create a new form' box. But this doesn't work for me. I do everything I've just described, but the 'Save Form' button won't work: it is shaded, the way that buttons are when they're inoperative

Is there any way I can create an A5 print form manually, or any other way round this problem

If it's on the list, you don't have to create it. The "Save Form"
button only is activated when you change something -- either the name of
the form or the sizes. When you say "this isn't available," perhaps
you're looking in the wrong place. The exact location varies, but try
looking for an "Advanced" button or tab on your printer "Properties" dialog.
