Custom Notifications

I accidentally clicked no when a program asked if I
wanted the notification to return when I reboot and now I
can't get it back on my notification taskbar. Can anyone
tell me how to add custom notifications to the list?

Hi,
This option is totally dependent upon the program in concern. Check the
options within the specific programs to see if it offers to place a icon of
itself in the notification area.
