Custom navigation buttons

I have created custom navigation buttons. Is there any way to get them to
position like the built-in navigation buttons where they 'hug' the bottom of
the screen and do not move when the form is scrolled up and down?

Are the buttons in a subform? If yes, put that subform in the main form's
FormFooter section.

They aren't in a subform, do I take it they need to be?

No, not necessarily. But still, put them in the form's FormFooter section.
