Custom Message Read Form - How to view?

What I need: I need to have two custom fields that can be assigned to
incoming (and potentially outgoing) emails. I need to be able to assign the
values of these fields and then process the message (I am going to copy to
message into an SQL Database based on the custom fields). The message will
still be in Outlook, but I need the custom fields to show when the message
is brought up.

Currently I am unable to view any messages in the custom form that shows the
two custom fields. I am sure this is not too hard and I am missing
something here, but I need to get this project up and running.

You'd need to use code to change all the MessageClass of all incoming
messages to use your published form.
