Custom Icons

I have a custom form that was based off of a message
form. How do I change the icon of my custom form to
another icon/picture. I tried going to the properties of
the form, but there doesn't appear to be a way to change
the icon there. When it shows up in my inbox or the
folder of my choice I want to instead of seeing an
envelope to see another icon.

The (Properties) page of the form, which you can see in design mode, has
places to change both the large and small icon.

Yes, I found that location and was able to change those
icons as you have said. However those icons are not
related to the envelope icon that displays in the inbox
folder in outlook. That icon is the one I am interested
in.

That's correct; they're not related. The envelope appears on items using the
default form. Messages using your custom form will use your custom icon.

Or did I miss something in what you're trying to do?

I am not sure what good the icons in the properties page of
the design layout of form are good for. Yes, I was
referring to the default form that has the envelope. I was
hoping to change that when the custom form was used.

Those are the icons that appear on items created with the custom form --
instead of the envelope.
