Custom forms preview

Hi all

To my knowledge, in Outlook 2000 email messages compiled using a custom form cannot be viewed in the preview pane (for reasons of security and so on), and that there is no way of getting them to show up

Could someone please tell me, is this also the case with Outlook 2003? Is there a way to configure (preferably programmatically, else administratively) Outlook 2003 to get custom email forms to show up in the preview pane
