Custom forms ICON

I would like to know where I could find the icons (i.e. THE CONTACT or THE
Journal) for a custom form. I do not want the custom form to display the
Post Icon.
 
For US English Outlook 2002: \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Forms\1033

Or just search for .ico files.
