Hello all.
My Exchange Server hosts a Customer Support center, and
I'd like to implement different SLA levels. I'd like my
outlook to format e-mails stored in each folder, depending
on the time they were received, so that technicians can
easily see which mails are not urgent (colored in green),
which have to be replied fast (colored in orange) or
should have already been replied (colored in red).
In order to do so, I want to customize views, with rules
similar to "set red color to mails received more than X
hours before, and less than Y hours", but I do not know id
that is possible, I do not see any option to include a
criterium based in the hour they are received.
Is it possible to do so?
