Custom Form

In an older version of Outlook (98 I think), I created a custom form and then
ran Forms Administrator to make this the default form and to change the
existing contacts to this form. Now I'm on 2003 and the old form is ugly. I
like the look of the new 2003 default form but somehow I can't edit it to add
the additional fields I want. When I select Design this form, the General
Tab in the design window still shows the old gray form.

I've run Forms Administrator to change my existing contacts to the new 2003
look, so it is only impacting the design process.
