custom form problem - urgent!

Hi, I have set up a public folder for calendar
appointments. This folder uses a custom form. We have been
using this folder and its forms for a couple of months.

Now this morning any existing appointment has reverted
back to the default Outlook appointment form. Any new
appointment still uses the custom form of this folder.

1. How do I link existing appointments to the custom form
that they were created with?
2. How do I stop this from happening again?

Any ideas or suggestions appreciated :-)

one thing i can think of is changing the way of opening for the calender.
right click on calender then choose properties. there should be a dropdown
box where you can choose between appoinment and form. sele4ct form and
choose your custom made form.
i think this should work.

Do some diagnostics first: Display the folder in a table view and add the MessageClass and Size properties to the folder. For the problem items, are those fields showing values radically different from non-problem items?
