I have a user who uses an Outlook task form that has been slightly
customized to include a couple of extra fields. After upgrading from
Outlook 2002 to 2003, he receives the following error, particularly when
snoozing a reminder or marking a task complete. Clearing the Outlook forms
cache fixes the problem for a day or two, then it returns. AFAIK there's no
code or anything in the form, just two or three added fields, and Outlook is
fully patched up to date. We run Exchange 2000, but this is a personal form
used only by the one user, in his personal Tasks folder, not a public
folder.
The error is: "The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will us an
Outlook form instead. The form requred to view this message cannot be
displayed. Contact your administrator."
TIA.
