Custom Form Not sending External

I just created a custom form and all works great internal
on an Exchange 5.5 server. If I send the form to an
external server it loses the form and nothing shows up in
the email. How do I fix the problem? I have checked the
send form definition with item in the action tab but no
go for external clients. Any help would be great!!

guess is that your server blocks outgoing RTF content.
