I have created a custom form in Outlook 2000 and saved it as *.oft
file. It is a mail form. Now when I open this file and send a mail
using this form somehow the outlook picks up an old definition of this
form. I have tried many things including:
- Deleting the form cache in C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Forms
- Changing the version number associated with the form
- Selecting "send item definition" in form properties
- Moving the *.oft file to a different location
- Restarting outlook and even rebooting the machine
Now I am quite out of ideas and not sure what else can I do for it to
pick up the latest definition of the form.
Any suggestions will be very appreciated.
Thankyou.
