Custom Form Epson LQ-2180

I'm trying to create a custom form for the above printer.

I've set a custom form (Width 8.5" x Length 3.65in) in the printer settings
but I'm unable to select it from the printer paper option.

It seems that there is a problem to select custom form with the length below
4in. Is there a fix for this?

OS is WinXP Pro SP 1a and Win 2000 Pro SP4.
