custom fonts

i've noticed that there are differrent fonts installed on my computers and
cant figure out how and why this is?Both computers have the same windows xp
professional installed on them but my home computer has a better selection of
fonts ,then my laptop.Can help me figure this out, or figure out how to add
the different fonts to my laptop???the font im most interested in is
called"pizzato ??"

You get fonts installed on your computer in three ways:

1. Some fonts come with Windows

2. Some fonts get installed (sometimes optionally) when you install certain
applications.

3. Fonts can be downloaded or bought, and installed manually.

I don't know the font called "pizzato," but since you are presumably not
talking about situations 1 or 3, it must be situation 2, and it came with
some application you installed
