Can you tell me whether you are planning an update to Business Contact

I had the same question the Microsoft and contacred them, and this is the
answer i got from them:

Currently, we cannot modify the forms that are installed by Business Contact
Manager. The fields and list choices are predefined and are used by Business
Contact Manager for the generation of reports and other forms of output. This
means, although we can create new user-defined fields and place them in the
column in different views, the value still cannot be modified. This is a
limitation to the latest version of Business Contact Manager.

I'm apologizing for the inconvenience that this by-design feature of our
products has caused you. I personally think what you would like to implement
is very reasonable and understand how frustrating it is when you find that
the product does not meet your needs. I have forwarded your advice on
customizing contact forms to our BCM develop team. Your advice will be
archived so that they may improve this by an update patch to be released in
the future or in the next version of the product.

I have been able to create custom forms in an Outlook Profile that did not
have BCM installed and then Install that same form into a profile that did
have BCM installed on it. This was successful until I went to Exchange.
Does anyone know why my Custom Designed Forms did not install smoothly once I
was on an Exchange Server?

Thank you in advance,
Becky
