Custom fields in MailMerge

Hello,
I can see some of my custom fields from a custom Outlook
Contact form in a Mailmerge, but not all.
Can anyone advice what could be the reason?

Possible causes:

* The fields are defined only in the items, not in the folder.

* You're not starting the merge from Outlook and choosing "all fields in folder."

OK,
It was a field in the form, but if I create it in the
folder it seems to work.
I guess that is one of the major reasons for creating
them in the folder?

Yup. Being able to view the fields in a folder view is another good reason. Basically, if you can't see it in a view, yoiu can't merge it.
