Custom Design Templates

Hi all,

I'm looking to create a custom Design Template or macro so we can add a
group of components for certain applications to run under XPe (eg, an
industrial application that requires multiple components). Is this
achievable or will I forever be selecting each individual component I
require? I can't seem to find any option or configuration that will allow me
to create a custom Design Template.

You can create macro components - one component that has dependencies on
other individual components. There is a check box in the details pane for a
component that sets the component to a macro component. All you need to do
is set the component browser catagory and add the individual component
dependencies.
