I understand that it is possible to make Outlook fields available to
Word. I would like to generate a custom contact list containing only
selected fields from selected contacts.
What is the mechanism and where do I start reading? Is this a Word
macro? Does it involve mail merge?
I wold appreciate any pointers.
An example of the report is:
Name: name of next contact on list
Address: mailing address
Home phone: 999-999-9999
Mobile phone: 999-999-9999
etc.
Name: name of next contact on list
Address: mailing address
Home phone: 999-999-9999
Mobile phone: 999-999-9999
etc.
