Custom Contact Forms from Outlook 2000 to 2003

The custom form will open properly in 2003, however, it will not allow anyone
to modify or create a new contact. It returns an error "A field on this form
requires a value." All required fields that I see are populated. I went
into design mode and removed the requirements on all fields I could see,
published the form, and it still comes back with the same error.

Our only other alternative would be to remove the custom form, but how do
you remove the custom form without removing the user defined fields? We are
two weeks from pilot roll-out of Office 2003 and it is very important that I
am able to resolve this custom form issue. Any help anyone can provide will
be greatly appreciated.

I wanted to update this because I wanted to be sure to post an update since I
searched high and low hoping for an answer.

I copied over the custom form from the organizational forms to my personal
forms. I opened the form in design mode and highlighed every field on the
form. Went to Form | Properties | Validation tab. Unchecked the box for "A
value is required for this field". Used Tools | Forms | Publish As to
publish the form back to my personal forms. Went back to the manage forms
screen in Tools | Options and copied the form back to organizational and it
worked!!!

I hope this helps anyone else that may run across this issue!
