Custom Categories in outlook 2003

I have imported my list of clients using the backup file with the .PST
extension. For my client list I have created over 15 new categories. Now
when I import my .pst file into my new computer (the old one got stolen) it
seems that I have to manually add each category into the Master Category
List. Is there an easier way to do this globally?

For 15 categories it's probably not worth it. start typing! :)
