Custom Bullets - Word 2007

Is it possible to create a custom bullet that is text?
Like so...

Stuff> Line 1 of stuff
Stuff> Line 2 of stuff
Stuff> And more stuff

I see the option to define a new bullet, but the only options listed are
Symbol, Picture and Font.
