Custom Appointment Form

I'm using a custom appointment form with a shared calendar in Outlook 2007.
When I scroll over the calendar, I get a popup that shows dates and location.
Could I get the popup to also show one or two of the fields from the custom
form? Thanks in advance.
 
Thanks. Are there any other fields, other than date/time and location, that
show in a screen tip?
