Cusrmgr.exe Tool from Win2K Profess. Resource kit

I want to reset the Administrator password on a few Win2K
workstations by using the following command of the
cusrmgr.exe from the Win2K Professional Resource Kit:
CUsrMgr -u Administrator -m \\PCname -P newpassword.

I receive the following error message:
Resetting Password of Administrator on \\PCname
*** ERROR *** RC:0x08c5

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Yes, I'm a member of the domain admin gruop which is a
member of the local admin group on the PC. I did exactly
what was stated in the article from your link.
Any addt. suggestions?
