Will the CUSL2C with the latest released BIOS support hard drives of say
160GB? How large will it support?

Yes, this page says that drives beyond 128 GiB should work with the
latest beta BIOS:

How large will it support?

Still unknown, depends on how well the necessary BIOS bugs were
implemented.
