The access.gettingstarted in this news groups title refers to Microsoft Access, a database product. I would suggest you re-post your question in the relevant microsoft.public.word news group. By the way, did you check to see what is available to you in the Word Drawing toolbar, as well as in the Wingdings3 character fonts.
