We're using Word 2002. We've searched for keyboard shortcuts and have
come up with everything except what we're looking for. We'd like to be
able to jump to the beginning or end of a sentence. I found how to
jump word by word, but we're looking to jump the entire length of the
sentence. Is this possible? I thought at one time we were able to do
this, perhaps with an earlier version of Word. Any info would be
appreciated.

In the Customize Keyboard dialog, with the All Commands category
selected, assign shortcuts to the commands SentLeft and SentRight.

Thanks Jay for the info. That is exactly what we were looking for.

I have another question that has driven me crazy for some time and
caused me a lot of extra work. Regarding auto correct entries and
transferring them to another machine. I am able to back up the entries
and put it on the other computer. When I go to restore or update with
the new entries, I get that message about spaces and error messages
because I have over a hundred addresses in there (apparently the
problem is with hard returns).

I followed Microsoft's article #275322 to a "T" and wasted a lot of
time redoing many of the addresses, and it still won't work. When I go
to install the entries, I get error messages. I double checked the
entries for spaces, etc. and it's fine as far as I can tell. Before I
go retyping all these addresses, perhaps you have a way out of this.
Thanks again.
