Cursor question

Hi to all,

in my W95 the cursor changed changed from Arrow to Arrow plus Hourglas
when I did download a file.

I'm now with XP andthe cursor does give me no indication that
something happened after pressing a download link.

Where can I configure this?

Control Panel --> Mouse

Select "Pointers" tab

Pick a scheme.
